We are definitely not going to talk about laser swords. Honestly, given the nature of a laser... Nope, not going to do it. Maybe we will talk a little bit about plasma swords, but not in any scientific or otherwise reasonable way. It's for the best, because you are going to do a lot more harm than good with one of those. What's even going to happen when you smack two of those against each other, anyway? Probably a whole bunch of superheated matter splashing everywhere. And no way are you going to keep your hands from melting in close combat. It's a magic sword, just let it be magical.
